Toby with a bone :}
When I was thirteen, my dog of five years died. I was completely heartbroken, and my partents asked if I wanted a new dog. To be honest, I was really unsure about ‘replacing’ my old dog with a new one. But I just couldn’t live without a dog, so we went to look for a new dog for me. We had always had boxers, so we went to a breeder.
When we got there, I saw here right away - in a corner. She was white with a black eye, unique. But no one wanted her, because she was white. And I actually got her for free because it is not allowed to sell and breed white boxers. She is not albino, it just a colour, so I don’t see why white boxers are not ‘real boxers’. I thought it was bullshit, and I got her.
She has been sick a lot her whole life, but she has fought through her illness and we just operated a tumor on her head. She is fine now and I am so proud of her.
She is the best dog in the world, she is different from any dog I’ve ever met. Always standing by the door when I get home from school, welcoming me home. Always sleeping in my bed, right beside me. At about ten o’clock at night, she jumps up in my bed - telling me that its time to sleep. She helped me when I was sad and through a rough year, when my dad left. I love her so much, and I couldn’t live wothout her. I can’t thank her enough for giving me a reason to be the person I am.
I love you Wilma, thank you.
This is exactly why White Boxer Love exists. So many white boxers get abandoned, abused, and euthanized as puppies simply because of their fur color.
Many people have no idea about this; I didn’t know until we rescued a white boxer of our own. Spread the word if you can, because these dogs are worth it.

Words could not say how in love with this boy I am!
